Wala pa mang pandemya, ang mga panlipunan at pang-ekonomyang krisis sa maraming bansa at mga digma at panghihimasok, pangunahin ng US, ay kumitil na ng milyun-milyon mamamayan at nagpalayas, nagpalikas, nagdislokeyt nang hindi bababa sa 70.8 milyong katao na ngayon ay bumubuo nang malaking bahagi ng mamamayang pinakabulnerable sa Covid-19.
